We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need a refund, please review our policy and follow the steps below.
Refund eligibility
- Domain registrations: Refundable within 5 days of purchase
- Hosting plans: Refundable within 30 days
- SSL certificates: Refundable within 30 days if not yet issued
- Domain renewals: Generally non-refundable
Some premium domains and special promotions may have different refund policies. Please check the specific terms at the time of purchase.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team through the Help Center with your order number and reason for the refund. Most refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
