Auto-renewal ensures your domains never expire unexpectedly. When enabled, Pakaya Domains will automatically renew your domain before it expires using your saved payment method.

Enabling auto-renewal

Follow these steps to enable auto-renewal for your domain:

  • Log in to your Pakaya Domains dashboard
  • Navigate to Domains and select the domain you want to manage
  • Click on the "Renewal" or "Auto-Renew" tab
  • Toggle the auto-renewal switch to ON
  • Ensure you have a valid payment method on file

Auto-renewal attempts occur 30 days before expiration. Make sure your payment method is up to date to avoid any issues.

Managing multiple domains

You can enable auto-renewal for multiple domains at once from the Domains overview page. Select the domains you want to update and use the bulk actions menu.

Renewal notifications

Even with auto-renewal enabled, we will send you email notifications at 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration so you are always informed about upcoming renewals.
